LEADING EDGE PROGRAM
The Leading Edge Program by 1% Technology ltd is a tiered mentoring and personal development program delivered over a span of 3 months, aimed primarily at high school children and young adults. The program is delivered one-on-one at weekly intervals, and milestones and assessments along the way are to be expected.
Split into two tiers of development – ab initio & pre-pilot. Each tier focuses on essential aspects to firstly establish a strong foundation upon which further information will be built. In conjunction with interacting with real, professional pilots, we use aviation as a teaching tool to deliver key concepts which are fundamental to succeeding in any endeavour or career path.
TRIAL FLIGHT
Fun Day by 1% Technology ltd is a day trial event, aimed primarily at high school children and young adults. The assessment includes psychometric test, flight skills tests and individual review.
Participants are required to finish psychometric test and multi-tasking exercises in order to evaluate participants' strengths and weaknesses.

Then we move on to the flight skills tests that participants will be demonstrated of how to do several tasks and follow through as required. At the end of the flight skills assessment, they will be given an emergency scenario to assess their problem solving skills.

After finishing the flight skills test, we will give the participant a comprehensive feedback on his/her overall performance and the aspect that we can further revamp to be a better future leader.
